Litho & Digitally Printed Envelopes
What Printing Method Should I Use?
There are two methods we use for custom printing envelopes at Denmore Press - Litho Overprint or Digital Overprint. Find out which is suited to your project.
Digitally Printed Envelopes
Typically the best method for high quality printed envelopes and bubble mailers, digital overprinting is best suited to short-run requirements of 50 up to 5,000 envelopes.
Due to the digital process, setup time and costs are low. Our digital presses operate at a resolution of 1600 x 1600 dpi, giving a flawless finish.
Digital print is ideal for last-minute, lower volume mailing campaigns. We can also combine this service with address personalisation and variable data, creating a personalised mail campaign in a short space of time.

Litho Printed Envelopes
For larger print runs litho overprinting allows better speed, print quality and versatility.
We can litho print at speeds of up to 25,000 envelopes per hour, allowing us to deliver a quick and economical service for large volume overprinting requirements, such as BRE envelopes and PPI mail. Litho is perfect for demanding corporate brand specifications as we can print 1 - 4 colours in specific PMS Pantone colours or full-colour CMYK (we can even print metallic ink if you're looking for something extra special).
For complete flexibility we litho print envelopes from just 108x108mm right up to 457x324mm (C3), in addition to medium board, Tyvek and gusset envelopes, ensuring you present a consistent image across all of your mailings.
Our highly trained and experienced envelope printing specialists, along with in house plate production, ensure your envelopes are printed quickly while maintaining consistent quality.
