A family-run business, DenmorePress has been making quality envelopes for over 25 years. As our business grew, we successfully expanded into providing custom packaging and specialist printing services. However, as our operations extended and became increasingly sophisticated and technical, we never lost sight of what made us unique – our approachable, specialist, personal and creative expertise.
Better is balanced.
Diligent and creative.
Established and modern.
Trusted and exciting.
This is us
This is what we mean by balanced. We combine the foundations of our business – trust, passion and creativity – with all the reassurance of a modern, professional and proven supplier. We can leverage valuable sector insights alongside industry partnerships to offer you truly supportive and customer-centric services. We can provide a full life-cycle service covering both custom and off-the-shelf envelopes and packaging (and many things in between), while ensuring we remain focused on what really matters – the specific needs of your project and your business.
Working With Us
We have just five simple steps from the beginning of your project to the delivery.
We like to make things as easy and straightforward for our clients as possible, so we created a Customer Journey timeline to ensure you know exactly what to expect when working with us.
We can offer flexibility around these steps to suit your needs such as zoom calls, inspirational sample packs, mock-ups or face-to-face meetings, to help you in any way possible.
Here we find out more about your project. We will build up an overall picture of your needs and discuss project specifics such as sizes, quantities and print specifications. We will also discuss budgets, timescales and the people who will be involved in the project.
After the initial discussion, we will follow up with a quotation. We will then be in touch to ensure you are happy with the price and specification and to discuss payment terms.
We can create a prototype to show size, style and function. We can also produce a printed prototype, however this is chargeable. The order will need to be confirmed before we release a cutter guide for artwork creation.
Following approval of the samples, we will confirm the final details before production. An order acknowledgement will confirm lead times and we will also send a final PDF proof for approval. If this is your first order, we will require a proforma payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
We can deliver your order in full or arrange storage and call off at your convenience. We can issue regular stock reports and minimum stock level alerts. We will follow up to ensure you are happy with your order and we welcome any feedback you have.
